A very good value for the money. The location seems far from the city center, but it's good, well connected and has a Supermarket next door. The cleaning services were great toiletries were also provided, and you get water into your room daily.

The hotel located a short 10-minutes walk from the metro statation. The staff was very friendly and helpful; they tried to resolve all our requests. We arrived early, well before the check-in time, but they managed to arrange us a room anyways. The breakfast was full and of high quality, with good selection of pastries and fruit juices. There are two lifts in the hotel. The nearest to the reception is a bit small and slow. To reach the second lift one has to walk few steps upstairs. The beds were very comfortable. There were also extra pillows in the cabinet. The room was very clean. Altogether, I would highly recommend this hotel for staying in Milan.

Everything was fine. Price, room, breakfast and location. Close to public transport and also close to San Siro football ground.

I liked the location of the hotel: metro station within the walking distance, a couple of supermarkets and cafes near by. The personnel was very polite and nice. The breakfasts were good and diverse. The room was quite clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the stay was good for a couple of nights.

Excellent choice of hotel not far from the famous Meazza/San Siro stadium with metro links. There were English channels such as CNBC and Sky News. Was fully aware of the City Tax upon booking and there was a notice on the reception desk explaining it. Shops and restaurants such as Burger King are near the hotel. There was also a 24/7 outlet next door consisting solely of vending machines which I haven't seen in the UK. I can't rate services I didn't use such as the bar or breakfast but was happy with my room.

Shower was great, liked the little shower gel's and shampoos, that was nice as it was unexpected. Extra pillows available in the wardrobe which was great. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great, eggs and bacon were perfect! Loved the little bar in the lobby area.

I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is older, but perfectly maintained, everything is clean, functional, very nice staff, excellent rich breakfast. The location around is nice and pretty calm, bakery and coffee spots close, bus stop infront of the hotel, subway 11 minutes walking.

The breakfast was plentiful and really good - we decided eat there every morning on the spot. We had read about the rooms in advance, so the size of the room was not a surprise. The double bed was comfortable. The bathroom, on the other hand, was a positive surprise, e.g. enough space for your belongings. Friendly service and cleanliness is always gratifying and wonderful - like here. The location was good- metro and tram close by (walking distance)

It was between the city and San Siro stadium so we were able to do both the football match and sightseeing from this location. There are the electric buses to hop on and off nearby and the underground metro that was easy to use to get from the station. As it is on the outskirts of Milan it is not pretty or much to see by foot around the hotel but that wasn't our use for the hotel. We were able to walk to the San Siro stadium along with 70k+ other fans for the Milan Derby and felt safe doing so. We were able to take the electric bus all the way to the Golden Circle of shopping and Duome for next to nothing. There is a shuttle transfer bus to the airport 5 mins from the hotel, which came every 30mins and only cost 10euros each. The hotel is clean and good facilities. Not much character like some of the Italian places we have stayed but a good selection of food for breakfast.

Possibility to have breakfast if desired. Friendliness. Location was okay. Great restaurant nearby (within 2 minutes walking distance). Hairdryer and shower utensils in the bathroom. One complimentary bottle of still and one bottle of fizzy water provided upon arrival.
